Firstly I want to say I am EXTREMELY happy with their products (I have a NetOne Highback chair and it is absolutely amazing). My seat-base was a little worse for wear and simply by sending my original invoice and my home details, Liza sorted out a new base as well as a technician to install it at my home. All of this - still under warranty. They are a friendly, fast, and absolutely amazing company with great products worth supporting. I am definitely getting some more ergonomic goodies for my home office. I could not recommend them and their products enough.
After trying to pay some bills and the transactions failing, I tried to draw money with my Absa credit card. Surprise surprise, the error message I received was a FICA error. When contacting them about this issue, the feedback was vague and nobody could answer me. I logged onto my online banking and everything still appeared to be fine. I would rather close my credit card account and bank at another bank. This is just ridiculous.
