Overall services appalling except from the waiter who wanted to justify. I will never visit Mythos Meyersdal ever again 1st time visit and the last visit. How do you serve thin dry chicken breast without the flavour, then managers not coming to our table, the other 1 came and literally jumped our table. Clearly there’s a problem at that restaurant I don’t even want to go further because wow. I regret why I didn’t go to Mugg and Bean because it was my 1st choice, I then decided that we go to Mythos since it has moved there.
The customer's service there sucks,there's particular staff member Themba Tshabalala,he doesn't know how to treat people.I mean I have been there since 8 o clock this morning,with a slow service sent from 1 counter to the other.And everytime you have to start at the back of the queu,there was this couple that went straight to the casier Themba Tshabalala.And when we complained he made it as if he doesn't hear what we were saying and continued to assist people that were not in the queu.When is my turn I asked him politely what's the procedure,he answered me with an attitude and told me that he's not responsible for the queu he's working with money.So I asked that even if people jump the queu its fine.He back chatted with me,I don't get it when a public servant back chat to client and ther's no 1 who interfered.I ended up being like a fool there.Where is Batho Pele that's been said everyday?????Melusi Gigaba must train his people and the employees who's been there for sometime should work at the back office because they think they know better and will treat people like dirt.That Themba Tshabalala especially he should be sitting at the back doing processing he's not right for front.
