Wrong order and Terrible food
I just ordered a falafel and halloumi pita via Uber Eats from Mythos Illovo and Rosebank. There was no halloumi, very few falafel, and an overload of onions to make up for the missing halloumi and falafel. It was awful. When I read the receipt, Issac captured only a falafel pita, so the order was not captured correctly and the chef was obviously not interested in making the pita as should have been made. This is absolutely disappointing

Mythos the Eat place to be at.
Wow where do I start to begin.Where do I begin.Im not a person of restaurants or ever going out much I last went to restaurants in Gold Reef City that's 3 years back before my mother's passing. On the 24th August I went to Mythos at Meyersdal Mall.Besr experience ever,The waiters an waitresses there,the welcome at the door with smiles lol I was skeptical about my date but the moment I walked in the greeting an smiles cheerd me up an I felt a little at ease.Though I quickly felt full by dri king just one glass of juice the waiter I ddnt get his name one humble an sweet an kept checking if we are okay.i worked at restaurant only at 1 an I felt I won't go back the treatment there I swore I'd never become one again.But otherwise I loved the food,their meat was tender chewable an tasty an all because I have chewing problem but theor food was amazing an my time spent there,very open restaurant not too packed the tables are open for better conversations.Id give anything to go there again if I afforded to go there alone myself .But I give then 10/10 an their service 💯. LOVE YOU GUYS

Avoid Mythos V&A
Went for lunch Friday 16 August - only 4 tables occupied so it looks as though the public have got the message that the food at this restaurant is worse than average and certainly the prices are way out of touch with the quality of the food. A complete con that the reviews on the shop web site are clearly manufactured or screened by the owner to present a wonderful experience which cannot be further from the truth. Amazing that this store still survives for if it was trading in Greece it would have been out of business a long time ago. Famous Brands the franchisor must also be to blame for not upping the quality of the food starting with the quality of the chips and teaching the franchisee the importance if changing oil for the fried calamari as it was old and gave an unpleasant taste to this signature dish. Other than the service which was satisfactory nothing good to recommend other than to advise - AVOID.

Mythos VNA Waterfront pathetic food
The chicken was raw. Mussels were so small, almost the size of a bean. Cause we were still hungry, we ordered Baklava. Could not cut it with a knife, let alone the Teas**** they have. It was frozen hard and stale. The manager noticed and when she saw that it could not be cut, he agreed that it was frozen and should not have been served to me.

Worst experience ever
I was at Mythos Mayesdal for lunch today with my husband and son which we do all the time and I’ve ordered medium to well steak 3 weeks in a row but today it came as well done I sent it back and they kept coming to tell me it’s medium to medium 3 times and I said it’s not 3rd time around the owner cames trying to convince me that it’s medium to well while the steak is clearly dry he started to argue with me telling me he’s been in the business for years and the steak is not well done mind you I’ve ordered the same steak the numerous times and never had a problem so he was trying to convince me to eat the dry steak because he knows better and I I wouldn’t barge it turned into to an argument about him knowing how to cook steak better than me he made me the steak I wanted I by then my family was done eating and I didn’t wanna be there anymore even the stuff knew and couldn’t even say anything they just kept apologising ended up not eating and we left one thing I know I’m never eating there again worst experience ever it was a lot that went on

Awesome service from Mandy
We were served by Mandy at Mythos at Design quarters. We got there during working hours and she accommodated us. Her service was awesome. Such a friendly face and amazing service. Would like to extend my gratitude to her for that. She was so patient with us.

Bad service
Overall services appalling except from the waiter who wanted to justify. I will never visit Mythos Meyersdal ever again 1st time visit and the last visit. How do you serve thin dry chicken breast without the flavour, then managers not coming to our table, the other 1 came and literally jumped our table. Clearly there’s a problem at that restaurant I don’t even want to go further because wow. I regret why I didn’t go to Mugg and Bean because it was my 1st choice, I then decided that we go to Mythos since it has moved there.

Bad service
