I bought 1 terabyte LTE data on the 20/02/2025, which was supposed to be valid for 61 days. On the 20/03/2025 I had no network connection and when I checked my data balance, it showed that I had no data remaining. I had to buy more data on the 20/03/2025. As far as I am concerned, the data bought on the 20/02/2025 was supposed to be valid until around the 20/04/2025. Can someone please explain to me why my data disappeared before the expiry date.
Received the MOST DISGUSTING service at a drive through at Burger King in alberton Newmarket on the 28/12/2023 at 10:39 from Lazola Mteto. People who are in the business of rendering a service should not treat clients the way she treats people. When I reported the issue to the manager the manager didn’t even address her, when told to apologise she moved away from her work station. Her attitude is appalling!
We were served by Mandy at Mythos at Design quarters. We got there during working hours and she accommodated us. Her service was awesome. Such a friendly face and amazing service. Would like to extend my gratitude to her for that. She was so patient with us.
I returned a phone that was faulty,they came and collected and went dead quiet after that. I called and followed up, multiple times. The debit orders are still going off yet still no feedback. The device was supposed to be an exchange as the device received was faulty but someone went and logged it as a cancellation. I’ve been calling daily and receiving different stories.
My partner and I bought a tv on the 13th from Makro woodmead and because the woodmead store was out of stock, they gave us a demo. However the remote provided to us was incorrect, we were advised to keep coming back as they were busy looking for the remote. We came back countries times to check with the sales guy, we even checked via WhatsApp where we were ignored. Today we finally decided to bring the tv back as the attempts to get the remote have been in vein. We were advised that the 14days has lapsed & that we won’t be refunded, they called the manager who was awfully rude Vincent Lemoane w, he even walked away from my partner as he was talking to him. We are currently at the store and no one is willing to assist.
Good day, I trust that you are well. Can someone please assist me. I’ve logged a complaint online and through the call centre customer care line but no one has reverted to me as promised. On the 23/04/2022, I bought 10 winglets at Nandos sand ridge square, the wings were burnt and tasted like char. I logged a call because the store was already closed by the time I got to eat. No one came back to me. On the 25/04/2022, we bought wings from Nandos parktown and the wings were barely cooked. On the 30/04/2022, we bought pap on the side, the pap had no gravy and was barely cooked. Can someone please contact me to address the above. Please see pictures. Thanks, Rebecca
This has by far been the most expensive headache one has ever had to put up with. For an instalment of a little over R6200.00, one would expect not just sheer driving pleasure but a good service at least! Audi has not proven to not only have the worst employees but the worst cars! from leading me on with a sale of a car that was already approved for and sold to a different customer by Sam back in 2015, to selling me a car i was advised was a DEMO (only to find that it is a pre-owned) in 2016. I can honestly say I will overlook everything that happened pre-2016 because i never took delivery of the car until then. The most disgusting thing is the fact that none of the people i have had to deal with are still employed by Audi. Sam, Eddy Wingyip and Sandile Mtshali. To cut a long story short, I took delivery of a whie Audi A1 2016 model, in September 2016. Eddy was the sales person i had been dealing with. I was informed that the car was a Demo and that put my mind at ease. The papers were signed and i took the car. a few days later, i went online to check my MFC account and to my amazement, the account was not fully settled, MFC was short paid and this was an email i sent to Sandile as i was frustrated that no one wanted to help or take ownership. It appears that the settlement letter used to settle this account was retrieved on the 09/09/2016 and was valid till the 16/09/2016 and the settlement was paid by Audi ONLY on the 20/09/2016. A debit order went off my account on the 20th for the account that was supposed to have been settled. I went on the self-service port and it appears that there is still an outstanding balance on the account. I called Eddy on the 20th to find out what is going on and he advised that the lady who does the settlements is on leave and will only be back on the 27th, so this morning I called him and enquired again, he sent me the proof of payments. I then called him to find out if those two ladies do not have stand in’s or people that are doing their work in the interim and he said to me that it is not in his place to advise on this as he just needed to sell me the car and he did that and everything else is practically not his business, of which I don’t believe is the right way to treat or even speak to a client. MFC is still going to debit an instalment for the old car and after speaking to Eddy and Lindy I also worked on my budget and was also under the impression that the NEW car will only go off next month and had not made provision for the old instalment to go off. I need to know why they would use a settlement letter that clearly stated that it was valid until the 16th to settle on the 20th and no one wants to give me answers, Eddy has already shifted the blame and I don’t think there is anything I still want to talk to him about. Rebecca I was only assisted weeks later! And i thought that was the last of my worries, a few weeks later i went back to Eddy to tell him that there is a screeching sound coming from my car, he advised that it was normal for the car to make that sound. He re-assured me that all is well, i left. The sounds got louder and I kept booking my car in for the same issue. It was "fixed" for a week and the sound became louder. A year later, i went back only to find that Eddy has Left so i spoke to Sandile and he advised that i book my car elswhere. i called Rivonia and spoke to Anita, who advised that i bring my car in on a specific date, i went there int he morning on that given date only to find that she had given me an incorrect date. I then tried Sandton. the car was booked in and i was advised that there is an issue with the shins and the clutch and that i would be placed on a waiting list, that was in March and i was advised that i was number 6 by Mfundo from Audi sandton. i called again at the beginning of April and i was advised that i was number 4. it is now the beginning on May and i am still in Line. in the midst of all of this. my partner got a text on facebook from a stranger, telling him that he got my contact details from Audi Braamfontein and he was told that i am the new owner of the audi he sold to them. it took me by surprise when that individual started inboxing me and all my facebook friends and threatened to steal my car. i took it up with audi and i got a written statement from Alan Traut, who apparently gave someone all my details so he "could sell me a spare key". i was taken by surprise because i was under the impression that my car was a Demo when i bought it. i was assisted by Phelan Naidoo and Merrinique Rubens to get the key back and have the car/key reprogrammed. i mentioned the issue with the car and they reassured me that i would be at the top of their waiting list for a loan car and that was at the beginning of April. my car has by far been the biggest and most costly decision i have ever made in my life. i wish i could have bought a GO instead! and to date, no one has gotten hold of me and Mfundo has gone AWOL on me. it has by far been the most disgusting experience in my entire life and i keep hoping that someone would come to my aid.

We bought chillie biltong & returned to the counter to tell her that the Bolton is not chillie, she immediately shoved her hand into the packet we had bought and took a piece for herself and her friend and everyone ended up having a taste of the very biting I had paid for. She demanded that we take the biltong because according to her-it was chillie/mild. When I told her that I won't take the packet she put her hand in- she told me that I better wait aside for the manager but she didn't even bother calling the manager. <p>I ordered pizza at 10:23am on the app, called the store at 11:13 & the stuff member was a bit rude & just told me that the driver is on the way, 11:33- over an hour later and I am still waiting for my order, which I can't even cancel as I paid online already!!</p>
