I just ordered a falafel and halloumi pita via Uber Eats from Mythos Illovo and Rosebank. There was no halloumi, very few falafel, and an overload of onions to make up for the missing halloumi and falafel. It was awful. When I read the receipt, Issac captured only a falafel pita, so the order was not captured correctly and the chef was obviously not interested in making the pita as should have been made. This is absolutely disappointing

Dischem Rosebank Clinic needs to address customer service with their nurses. Today was the 2nd time I was turned away by a nurse because I did not have an appointment. Previously, I complained to the Pharmacy Manager who looked at me with a blank face. You have a sign that says that appointments will be attended to 1st, and then non appointments. This was not the case. Hence this review. The nurse in the room on the left had her door closed whilst she waited for her 2pm appointment. She then walked out to tell me I have to wait a long time and that they were booked back to back for the afternoon, implying that she will not be able to see me. And that the other nurse in the room on the right was going to lunch after the patient that was ahead of me. If her door was open she could have attended to me me before her 2pm appointment arrived. So I left to Clicks, that Nurse saw me between 2 other patients she was busy with, and it took 5mins. The Dischem nurse did not even ask me why I was there and did not consider managing her time. When I came back to get my script, the 1 nurse was on lunch and the other nurse had her door close and no patiences were waiting outside. I have been going to Dischem for years, and this is very disappointing that your nurses would rather have their doors closed and go on lunch than attended to people that are there for good reason.
I booked a cleaner, on the 16th February. She only wanted to clean my x3 bedrooms and x2 bathrooms, and just iron. She does not understand how to read the app and did not know what the "general area, including the kitchen, lounge and dining room" also needed to be cleaned. She took 7 hours to just clean the bedrooms and bathrooms. Then in an hour she very quickly cleaned the kitchen, lounge and dining room. As you can imagined, it was rushed cleaning and not a good job. And she did not iron. I have a photo of the ironing that was not done. I would like a refund for the laundry and the terrible service, as this is unacceptable. I look forward to hearing from you
I would like to complain about an Uber Eats driver. I ordered food from Thava this afternoon The food arrived spilled in the packet. I asked the driver to take it back and tell the restaurant to redo the order. I called the restaurant and told them what happened and to redo the order, as I already waited an hour for this order. The driver then cancels the order. The restaurant called to say the driver did not return with the spilled food. I now had to re order the food and wait another hour. Please update your app so we can complain on the app directly. Now the driver has free food since it was just one container that spilled, and the restaurant is at a lose.
I moved into a complex that uses Frogfoot. My current provider is Afrihost, and they have no feedback from Frogfoot about installing a line in my unit. It's been x8 days and no response from Frogfoot. I work remotely and have stated that this is urgent. I have no idea why Afrihost or Vodacom uses Frogfoot if they do not have the infrastructure to support these sub urbans...it is ridiculous!
My wifi has been down since yesterday. Afrihost tried to help and they logged the call with Vumatel. Vumatel employees lie to clients! The technicians pitch up nearly 24 hrs later, tried something with a gadget then said they need to get keys from the office for the Vumatel Server room and that my wifi will be sorted. Mbali also lied and said she will call with feedback, I still do not have wifi. This is frustrating as Afrihost does not have feedback and can not do anything and Vumatel Maintenance Technicians lie about service delivery, which should be an offense!! So I am now paying for wifi I can not use.
