AIDA Real Estate -Bad Service
The agent from AIDA Real Estate lied to me continually, firstly she made me sign an offer of R595 000.00 because she wants to make a huge commission, but the bank representative informed me when they were drafting a quotation that this property is valued R570 000.00, Meaning that a bank can only give me a home loan of R570 000.00 not more, I send the agent an email informing her this new development and she informed me that I should speak to the Shiraz which I did and he explained that we have to wait for the seller to accept the new purchase price. Few days later I the transferring attorney’s informed me that the seller has accepted to sell his property for R570 000.00 (New purchase price), then I waited for the Agent to get back to me with this good news and am still waiting from them even today, sent me countless emails about this and they just not responding...I did my research and managed to get the seller’s contact details and we communicated to my surprise the seller is even willing to sell this house at R550K because his financial situation is getting worse and he might even end up losing the house to the bank. When I look at this situation it looks like the agent and the bank have colluded, because when I speak with the transferring attorney they informed me that they are still waiting for Journey Man form which a bank is supposed to process and send it to the transferring attorney to kick starting the process...but I am told by the attorney that the lady from a bank did not reply on Monday (14/08/2017) and the attorney will check her on Tuesday and get back to me, that did not happen. I called the seller and he indicated that he got an email from the bank forcing him to sign another OTP, WHICH he did and send it back to the bank. I have writing attached letter to the agent requesting them to remedy the situation with 14 days as per OTP breach of the contract clause, they still have not responded. The agent is scrupulous because according to the seller, they promised him that they have other people who are willing to buy this property even at R600 000.00. Another thing she was forcing the seller to paint the house and buy a new geyser, saying that I am not happy with the state of the house and I demanded it to be fixed and new gersey to be installed, whilst she told me that the seller will fix damaged and buy a new geyser. Now she is showing other people the same house I am buying...

Bad service
I went to springs ELCO STEELYesterday (26/03/2015) after work to buy Steels to make Burglar doors and windows for my Tenants during this weekend and I was informed by the lady that assisted me when I was paying that she will try to deliver Today (27/03/15), she asked me to write the delivery address in a piece of paper that she in turn give it to her driver...today I received a call from her saying the driver is waiting at caltex, i must go and fetch him, to my supprise caltex is not in the same area as the one i gave her...I told her that I am at work today but my father will receive the goods on my behalf and I directed her to tell her driver where to stop so that my dad can go fetch them...my dad went to the Fire station that we aggreed about...and waiting no delivery truck from Elco and no one is talking to us whether the driver is comin gor what .I called elco just to find out that the driver has left because he has orders to deliver in krugersdorp.but why did not they informed us instead of keeping my father waiting for nothing there...this is really unprofessional of them, they can't not even read a simple address.Now I have to wait until next weekend to do these burglars...
