WORST Management
After placing an order ( 1 x Spicy strips and rice, chicken well-done with feta) over the phone for pick-up, we arrived went through the drive through to think we'll just quickly pick up our order on our way home. <br> <br> After paying we checked to see if the order was correct as this has happened more than once before, where we paid for but don't get any feta with our meal. <br> <br> I don't understand how this happens every time. I won't go back to Nando's at Menlyn Park ever again, as this is the most useless service I have experienced from the same Nando's franchise, on several occasions. <br> <br> After what was another 25 mins I had to wait for management to resolve the issue. This is just so disappointing and a waste of time.<br> <br> Something must be done about this asap, so this doesn't happen to anyone else in future...<br>

Payment not credited
Payment made via Internet Banking. Payment went off my account. Payment not credited by Sanral as Sanral alleges payment not received. Requested Sanral to follow up with their intermediary, Sanral refuses, says I must follow up with my bank to cancel payment. I feel I've done my part, and it is now an issue with Sanral and its intermediary. At a time when many have stopped payment of their E-Toll accounts it is astonishing that Sanral displays this lack of customer service in respect of someone who is willing to pay . I'm now converting, and in my view have a credit on my account, and for that reason will mot pay 1c more.
