INKWAREHOUSE cartridges rejects/made noise and not compatible at all
If I could, I would have given zero stars. Compatible ink cartridges with Samsung 406 / 406S CLT-406S Colour Multipack bought from TAKEALOT. NOT COMPATIBLE AT ALL!!!! Doesn't recognize my printer, made a loud noise when I tried to print, doesn't look the same as per advertised cartridges. Return on TAKEALOT was rejected, wasted almost 1000rand, as they didn't want to accept return. What should I do with cartridges I can't use? Money WASTED for nothing! I have previously bought from Ink Warehouse with no problems at all, that is why I bought from them again, but this time they sent me the wrong cartridges that are faulty and not compatible at all! Very unhappy with their service.

The Courier Guy delivery
If I can give zero stars for this specific incident then I would have, but unfortunately you need to rate still, I have always had good service with Courier Guy, but my last order I received from The Courier Guy, the box was drenched and torn because of a yellow smelling liquid all over the box and items, which softened the box and some of the glasses broke and all items got this smelling liquid on it, because of the broken glasses, it scratched all the other glasses too. Immediately after I received the parcel I whatsapped the driver as soon as I opened it and took photos and sent it to him. He said he was going to speak to the Manager once he got back to the site. One of my scatter cushion pillows got the yellow liquid on it, the sticker for one of the bottles I ordered can't be used as it was also drenched in the liquid, 7 of my frosted glasses, 2 broken and 5 scratched. All the items had the foul smell of the liquid, as I don't even know what it was, I still had to try clean my items, but I am so disappointed in this delivery from Courier Guy. According to the driver that does our area, he didn't want to deliver my parcel on that specific Monday because that is how he received my parcel, but eventually brought it the next day. I have been in contact since 01st May with the supplier and several emails has been sent to different people at Courier Guy, but to date, which passed 2weeks, have not heard one single word from Courier Guy. I take my hat off to the supplier who tried to assist as well, as it's not their fault as the Courier Guy collected my parcel in 100% condition, but it got delivered to me with broken glasses and foul smelling liquid all over my items. This is items I paid for and due to negligence from delivery between JHB and PE, they don't want to take responsibility. I am very disappointed in their service with this incident as this is now money I wasted due to their irresponsible negligence in handling my parcel as was supposed to, and not receiving it in 100% as collected by the supplier.
