Iv always held Sollys Motor Spares high in workmanship, but today I was left heart broke and seriously disappointed with the amount of carelessness of its employees and the worthless terrible way they treated the situationthat they put me in, today I took my bmw to replace my two rear tires, after my mags where put back on the car I noticed the one mag had seriously been damaged and chipped, this is clearly an indication of how carelessly the mags had been handled, I went on to complain to the front, a rude lady by the name of rose, raised her voice at me and went on saying that my mag was in anyway damaged even after she admitted they chipped my mag as pices of the mag was still coming off in my hands, and went on explaining how they won't fix the chip, after a long argument Rose sent my mag to get fixed only to return an hour later with the worst body putty job on my mag I'd ever seen, she insisted the mag stay by them through the whole day, I explained that I cannot leave the mag by them as the car dose not have a spare because it is A RUN FLAT CAR MEANING I DON'T HAVE A SPARE TIRE TO USE she said that's not her problem and that's the best they can do.. This has left me disgusted and guttered, the putty they put IN IS THE MOST BOTCH JOB ID EVER SEEN. all the while I had to sit listening to how they where conspiring in the back of the store on how and what they going to do and say to get them out this mess, I still have a damaged bmw mag and sollys has got away with ruining my mag, even tho rose admitted it was theair error! The third image is the way they fixed this massive chip, the rest is dirt not scratches, anyone can defend them it's fine, until this same carelessness happens to the next.
On the 17/04/2019 I went in to ABSA bank Springs CBD to get a credit card limit increase. there I met with a consultant by the name of Phiudile Konzapi after taking my payslips and running credit checks he told me I had pre approved for an amount of seventy thousand rand. I told him I do not want that much I only wanted to increase the amount with ten thousand rand. Knowing that I had a limit on the credit card for R 9000 this amount had to be increased to twenty thousand rand in order for ten thousand to be available to me, Phiudile then told me all is well and said I must sign on his desk pad so I did, he then proceeded to go talk to another consultant by the name of Buhle they where making jokes and laughing for a whole half an hour be fore he returned to me. Phiudile then gave me a brake down paper that stated my available credit and that I needed to sign, upon annalising the paper I noticed he had only increased my limit with R650 I said to him why is my available amount only R650 this is not what I had asked for. He then proceeded to tell me that I had only asked him to increase it with R650 I told him this is not true as I have two witnesses with me that day that heard me ask for a twenty thousand rand increase. Why would I get in my car drive to Absa with my bank statements from Capitec, get 3 months payslips all just for a ridiculous increase of R650. I have more than this in my saving why would any sane person want to do this on a credit card!!!!! I then told Phiudile that I want this fixed he then rudely told me he cannot fix it as my offer had fallen away! he can only send the issue to back office to the credit card department he then told me it would take 48 hours to resolve it is now currently six days later with no feedback. After this incident I phoned the credit card dept and explained this whole thing to them. They had apparently logged a complaint the lady said she would email me the ref number.... im still waiting for it , I then sent an email to complaints department explaining this to them they sent me a letter head back with a ref number and promised to look into it . I phoned on the 18 to find out if any progress had been made only to be told no one has even looked at it yet, the lady told me her manager would phone me that day at 12 to give me feed back on how far it is progressing and guess what I am still waiting for that phone call! I got told by staff of Absa there is a possibility that I might have to wait six months before trying again. I find this frustating that Absa refuses to fix the mess that there incompetent Consultants have made it has cost me credit and has left me turning to other financial institutions I want ABSA to explain to me why I should suffer under something that they have messed up? I will not just except that this incompetent person employed by ABSA has messed my credit opportunity up that I have been working and paying for last ten years. The whole up stairs staff is rude, when we went in we got no reception to help us , the lady by the name Anje was so rude to a couple of customers. The consultants all screamed at each other from desk to desk, as I say laughing and joking by ABSA employees is the reason my credit opportunity is ruined . ABSA is always phoning to sell deals but when you go in for those deals this is the treatment you get they mess everything up. I want ABSA to FIX my credit on my credit card to the initial twenty thousand rand not R650 and I will never ever go to ABSA or recommend anyone to go to ABSA for any kind of credit products. Clients are a joke to them its been a week not even one managers feedback. this is why I have resulted to hello peter. They simply do not care about clients. PERIOD !
i purchased a Acer laptop from game at R 12000. first incident my software crashed, I took the laptop back to customer care, first i had to deal with a bunch of lazy uninterested customer care consultants whom ignored me through out the whole procedure, i finally got the the pc back only to have it crash again in only a week, again i had to deal with incompetent staff, this time around i demanded to speak to the floor manager who became verbally abusive towards me and told me NO one will help me. Finally i got the pc booked in again. once receiving it back the second time the pc totally refused to work! taking it back the third time i told the manager if i brig it back again i want a new one he laughed at me and said he dose not care him and hes female work colleague cause a racial issue out of it, Now receiving it back for the third time the whole lap top has been scratched from one end to the other! i am disgusted that game will make a joke out of a customer especially OVER such an expensive item, i will never ever recommend any one to buy any thing at game what so ever im well and truly disgusted! dis- satisfied is putting it mildly, i am definitely taking this matter further!
