threats from ekurhuleni municipality contractors
They switch off our electricity n when we ask him he said foreigners are killed n started swearing at me and we alway pay on time its not even two months that we payed 20000 for water and we go and report they dnt come, instead they just switch off our electricity they are people who are owing but they don't switch off.my problem now is that they think that they have a right to swear at us just cause we are black, they told us that people of our kind are getting burned please help
