Poor Customer Service falling to process the refund for 7 days. I have been calling them almost every second day and I am spending money.
Good day Team Hope you are well and safe Kindly note that when you reactivate my account you never brought the new router, the old router was used upon new activation . 2. My decision to cancel was also based on poor signal reception and you never interrogated the matter and the only thing you do is to bill me. 3. If every month I have more than 72 hours not being connected but still you bill me full price that poor customer service and things like that needs to be questioned.
Excellent Service from Outsurance Everything was on point and fast . They know their job
I am on month to month contract and last month I have missed the payment and they suspended the wifi then I was billed for the service that was never provided because I pay they provid the service ,I miss the payment they suspend the services Now they want me to be liable for the payment hence the service was never provided. I pay for the services ,now it's month number 2 and I have been billed for 2 months yet the service was not provided

Good day My internet banking has blocked and I have been calling the bank trying to solve the problem ,now it's day 3 and and no solution and they told me that there is a form that I need to fill up for security questions.. What next since they failed to assist us within 7.5 hours There was price hike yesterday yet they can't service their customers or clients Is there any department at Eskom that is working properly?
