I want to thank Lucien Chetty for assisting me in getting my WIFI connected. I have been struggling for a week to get my line sorted. Since Friday 11.11.2022 he has been in contact with me trying his best to sort out my dispute, and always keeping me update with the progress , and his has excellent customer service . Thank you once again Lucien for going that extra mile you deserve a 5 star🙏👌

bad service
I am so disappointed in the level of service I'm getting from this company. They have installed the WIFI router on 8/11 and to date no activation was done. I spoke to 3 different agents who said they will escalate this query to a technician but it just don't get sorted.. So between Vuma tell and Home connect your service sucks and I would not recommend you to anyone.. My main concern is that if this is the kind of service I'm getting as a new customer ,what lies ahead for me😡😡😡

Thank you Charlotte of Pineapple Insurance in assisting me to sort out my claim. It seems there was a misunderstanding with regards to the claim, and was sorted out in a professional way.

POOR SERVICE
Awful and poor service - I tried to claim for a damage phone whereby they want me to provide them with a quote. My experiences from other insurance companies is that collect the phone and send it for assessment. I will never ever recommend them to anybody. I even called the number they provided and was told I'm in the wrong dept. I must call back when I did I was put on hold for 2 minutes.. I actually want to rate them a zero and not a 1😡😡😡😡😡😡
