Had a great experience! Lots of extra service requests from dog transport to wheelchair assistance to date changes on the ticket. Customer service was friendly and quick replies. My Aunt needed to travel with a wheelchair and I had no problems with the booking and also the assistance at the check in counter to air craft was awesome. No problems on flight. We were truly happy al the way... Our little dog was treated with care. Thank you so much to all the Lift staff, and there were a couple of them that assisted us in the proses. Will definitely fly with Lift again
I purchased some ColourB4 product online and made the payment via EFT and email payment confirmation as requested. 7 days later the status still show pending and the phone numbers unavailable. I send emails but still no reply.<br> Seems like Colour B4 is taking your money and gives you no Product in return.
