The actual work on the gutters , done on 24 January 2023, were done well. However, there is a water tank to which they had to install another gutter. When I inspected the work immediately after they were done, I noticed that the pipe leading out of the water tank had suddenly developed a leak. My secretary told me that they had dropped a pipe from the roof on the said pipe while they were busy. I reported this to Rainflow SA immediately. I sent them 5 emails to which nobody from their offices responded. I started communicating with Ruaan, the salesman, via whatsapp and after a few failed appointments he actually came out to inspect the damage, once alone on 21 February 2023 and once with Thys, their tank guy, on 30 March 2023. During both the inspections he undertook to have the leak fixed. We made another appointment for them to come out to do the necessary. Unfortunately he did not keep his promise and I have not heard from him again. So much for taking responsibility for damage caused. What a disappointment.
I ordered and received a new 5G router from MTN a week ago. After 2 e-mails to customer care and 8 calls to the helpline wasting hours of my time, I still have no internet and they do not know how to resolve the problem on their side. Totally useless.
