I called the number 0216380699 to place an order as I have people over watching the Rugby game. The phone is answered by a woman that CLEARLY isn't happy in her job. Worst bloody customer service EVER and I would definitely not have expected it from Aneesa's! I am absolutely disgusted. She seriously pissed me off I just had to cancel my order and go elsewhere. And of course she didn't want to give me her name. Definitely never buying by Aneesa's Athlone again and so will my guest
I signed up with virgin active and requested debit order which works best for me. 2 months down the line I'm stopped at the door as my card is not working, the lady advised the account does not seem to be paid, to my surprise I advise her I will bring in my bank statement to show the payment went off which I did, everything went well after that , a few months later the exact same thing happens and I have to once again bring in my damn bank statement to prove myself (at this point irritation levels are rising) I am then told everything is fine and received an apology and told I need my photo to be taken.<br> I attend the gym every Tuesdays, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays, I have recently gone to the gym and told the system shows I am NOT a member with no explanation, me now very pissed off I ask for a manager who was not available.<br> I sent a disappointing email & NO RESPONSE. Two of the VA ladies came to my company and I spoke to them and asked them to fix this for me and explained to them the payment issue that happened before NO RESPONSE BACK I got the same ladies and asked them again and again NO RESPONSE BACK! SO YES I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. all I want is a damn explanation!!!
