Worst Aneesas
Aneesas Montague Gardens is honestly the worst They sent me a gatsby with old chips and an old Rome everything was stale! When I complained the my sent another one that was worst! I am so disgusted and shocked as the quality in wynberg n Athlone is nothing close to this please someone make the Aneesas here better MY GOD

"Do you want us to get our lawyer also involved?"
About one month ago at Aneesa's Wynberg, while leaving the parking lot, a friend scratched the right tail light of the company car as it was parked right next to the exit. The vehicle tail light was scratched and my friend's car was damaged all across the left side. He agreed to pay and was recently Quoted (1 month later) for R6000.00 to fix the tail light and one scratch, after realizing that this was to milk for money, my friend asked for another Quote or to pay the excess of the insurance (since it was "company car" and he is a student). Aneesa's Wynberg refused because "We want to take it to ***". The Quote had spelling errors, 2 labour charges of R1650.00 as well as R2250.00 for paint. After denying getting another quote or insurance, they said they would "call their lawyers for him". We were customers that night and were told it was a small job on the night of the incident. The quote was given 1 month later and he was threatened after asking a question "Do you want us to get our lawyer also involved?".

BROAD DAY-LIGHT ROBBERY
I placed the order with them on the 25 Jul 2019 at 16:38 and called them on 0217975682 and spoke to Surayya (not sure if this is the correct spelling) asking if they could have it ready by 10h30. She said that unfortunately, it would not. I asked that she cancel and refund me and she said she would organise that. Today, I call in asking Surayya where my refund was and she said that I should ask the people that I paid (she is referring to orders@tilldirect.co.za) as she does not have my money. I freaked out because this is a website that this restaurant uses to take peoples orders and now I'm being told that I should contact some website company?????? I ask Surayya why she does not contact them herself then she says, yes, She did. I asked her when she contacted them then she says, on the 26th July and starts reading the email she supposedly sent to them then I heard her quoting, in the email being read out to me, a completely different order number which I know is not mine... I became so irate I told her that I would be paying them a visit this afternoon to get my money. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

False advertising
I went into Victoria road Aneesas today I ordered two mutton salomies and polony gatsby. Polony gatsby was my staff and the salomie was for me. I am Hindu by religion beef is mot allowed. They served me beef goulash and felt more offended when I called them with their false Advertising.

Aneesa's wynberg rio off
Aneesa's are a rip off.. it's day light robbery how they charge R37.90 for a double hotdog but they put 2 ****tail Viennas on and call it double.. They are more than Wembley who actually give 2 normal Vienna's and tastes way better as well.. It's disgusting how Aneesas rips people off... I have heard people complaining Wembley is over priced but il rather then spend that amount at wembly.. Zain the guy serving at wynberg claims they have only 1 size vienna n its not ****tail clearly he can't admit to how tgey connibg people of hard earn money..

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!
I called the number 0216380699 to place an order as I have people over watching the Rugby game. The phone is answered by a woman that CLEARLY isn't happy in her job. Worst bloody customer service EVER and I would definitely not have expected it from Aneesa's! I am absolutely disgusted. She seriously pissed me off I just had to cancel my order and go elsewhere. And of course she didn't want to give me her name. Definitely never buying by Aneesa's Athlone again and so will my guest
