If there was an option to rate this company ZERO stars or negative for that matter, I would. I ordered and paid online, after a week I follow up on my order to which I get this response: "Hope you are well. Our sincerest apologies, however, please be advised that we cannot fulfil your order due to a stock out, and our attempts with regards to retrieving a replacement parcel were unsuccessful. The funds have been refunded back into your account and please expect the funds to reflect within the next 14 working days. For us to proceed with the refund process, please complete the attached document and provide us with the following documentation to process your refund: • ID Copy • Bank Confirmation Letter We sincerely do apologize once again for the inconvenience caused." Alarm bells rang when I realised that there was contradicting information on this very email. It says that my "funds have been refunded back into your account and please expect the funds to reflect within the next 14 working days." but in the same breath, it says "For us to proceed with the refund process, please complete the attached document and provide us with the following documentation to process your refund" to which I responded saying I do not feel comfortable sending my documents especially when they've confirmed to have refunded me as per their email and included my banking details regardless. I'm yet to receive my refund. I got a call from an extremely bored sounding young lady named Ntombi who I told the same thing. I've sent numerous other emails
3 months and my package is still not here. I emailed asking for a refund, they requested my banking details which I sent through, which I resend every day, but it's been crickets!!!!

I placed the order with them on the 25 Jul 2019 at 16:38 and called them on 0217975682 and spoke to Surayya (not sure if this is the correct spelling) asking if they could have it ready by 10h30. She said that unfortunately, it would not. I asked that she cancel and refund me and she said she would organise that. Today, I call in asking Surayya where my refund was and she said that I should ask the people that I paid (she is referring to orders@tilldirect.co.za) as she does not have my money. I freaked out because this is a website that this restaurant uses to take peoples orders and now I'm being told that I should contact some website company?????? I ask Surayya why she does not contact them herself then she says, yes, She did. I asked her when she contacted them then she says, on the 26th July and starts reading the email she supposedly sent to them then I heard her quoting, in the email being read out to me, a completely different order number which I know is not mine... I became so irate I told her that I would be paying them a visit this afternoon to get my money. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Please note that I have been charged TWICE for the standard bank card. Please refund my FNB account with the extra card fee you have charged. The fee i meant to pay first was R298 which I did but you charged me another R354????? For what good reason. Refund my R354 NOW!!!!
