"Do you want us to get our lawyer also involved?"

About one month ago at Aneesa's Wynberg, while leaving the parking lot, a friend scratched the right tail light of the company car as it was parked right next to the exit. The vehicle tail light was scratched and my friend's car was damaged all across the left side. He agreed to pay and was recently Quoted (1 month later) for R6000.00 to fix the tail light and one scratch, after realizing that this was to milk for money, my friend asked for another Quote or to pay the excess of the insurance (since it was "company car" and he is a student). Aneesa's Wynberg refused because "We want to take it to ***". The Quote had spelling errors, 2 labour charges of R1650.00 as well as R2250.00 for paint. After denying getting another quote or insurance, they said they would "call their lawyers for him". We were customers that night and were told it was a small job on the night of the incident. The quote was given 1 month later and he was threatened after asking a question "Do you want us to get our lawyer also involved?".
