Driver just drove off with my 1300 rands groceries including my baby formula!!!! Did not even bother to call me on my main line and my second line provided!!! Called checkers and all the did was escalate it!!!! Not cool!
SO INCREDIBLY ANNOYED. They did not have any delay notice when I put my order through at 12:34 it’s 13:49 and my order has been cancelled!!!!!!!! I waited for no reason and I needed to be somewhere!!!!
This (Milnerton) is always making the uber drivers wait for the food and even when you go through the drive thru the staff is too laid back and just really don’t give a ……. About making excellent service their mission!
I just got called a ****** because I said “a month has passed and you people are still delivering my order” WHAT ON GODS GREEN EARTH IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!???? They have my money and I ask a simple question REFERRING to the organization and I’m a ******?? Mind you this was over the phone!!! I don’t even know what this woman looks like. I am a WHOLE GENZ who never grew up or experience apartheid so for someone to dare call me a ****** on top of not delivering what I paid for!!! I will take this further!!!
Ordered from them a week ago and was told via sms that I returned my order which is a lie because I never even received it to return it and when I called customer care the lady I dealt with was so *********** my 11 year old could comprehend better. She told me she would get back to me and she still has not - I then had to go n store today to get help there and waited almost 30 mins for them to answer their own store! only to get told the same ****! that someone would get back to me. I love this store but they need to hire better customer service reps. Please give me my dress or my money I am very annoyed I had to walk in my 9th month of pregnancy to try and get this sorted out and came up short!
Driver drove off with my order and then said order complete on app which is untrue because firstly where did he get the password?!? Now ubereats does not want to pay me back THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY DO THIS!

I am extremely unhappy with the way I am being treated and while I am pregnant on top of it! I pay almost 3k a month on medical aid for what??? You people suggested Dr Christine Van Heerden as a network Dr,, I booked her and was open about my plan, she requested an upfront payment of 2k and said no worries I can claim it from my medical aid only to have her office use the a code thats you guys do not accept and now I have to lose out on money! I was billed for the second scan too and why!? because apparently the Dr does not deal with you guys directly! why on earth is she on your network list if I'm having to pay for everything anyway?! why??? this is so dishonest and not something any pregnant woman should have to deal with! you guys are literally paying for nothing. I demand that this is fixed and I am refunded or I will take this to the Ombudsman. I called in and had your agent tell me its not inyour control on how drs bill me and fine lets say thats the case but the responsibility is on you to make sure that your network drs do right by your clients thats your burden not mine! I have not one but two unpaid bills because the dr you people suggested is not doing their part!
My daughter has swam here for over a year and when I cancelled and explained my dire predicament coupled with the kind of lessons my daughter was now receiving like not being given individual attention anymore but rather coming to a full class where she now has to be squeezed in, I have been ignored for months now and still billed and now I am being threatened with being handed over!! I WILL NOT let this go and I will report this behaviour. This is extremely devious I mean I am not even being heard here!
I am so upset I have paid my medical aid and everytime I get notified that I haven’t I reach out and an agent says my payment is allocated! Today I’m told it’s been stopped! I am pregnant and cannot afford these mistakes! Twice now I was told my payments been allocated and all is well WHAT A LIE!!! I want this fixed immediately!
