My daughter has swam here for over a year and when I cancelled and explained my dire predicament coupled with the kind of lessons my daughter was now receiving like not being given individual attention anymore but rather coming to a full class where she now has to be squeezed in, I have been ignored for months now and still billed and now I am being threatened with being handed over!! I WILL NOT let this go and I will report this behaviour. This is extremely devious I mean I am not even being heard here!
We are regular customers we live in the area, My husband and daughter went to lunch at Mikes yesterday and brought back a Malva pudding and a chocolate cake. Husband could smell the Malva pudding was off but I was not so lucky! I ate the chocolate cake noticing the texture and smell but went for it anyway thinking nothing of it because ive trusted this restaurant for years! I have been up since 3 am with vomiting a runny tummy, tummy pain and cramps throughout my body I am so disappointed this was a horrible experience which I am still actively experiencing right now along with a low grade fever!!
I bought a bucket on Saturday and then again two loaded boxes yesterday….What is going on Kfc Milnerton? The chicken is not only ALL dry peices EVERYTIME but the original kfc recipe is not being used. The chicken has no taste and whatsoever! There’s usually a strong original kfc smell that we all love - absolutely nothing now. I have wasted over R500 now with on chicken that tastes like I could make it at home. Just egg and flour is what myself and family tasted. This is appalling to say the least!
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally request immediate assistance in resolving an issue regarding a product purchased by my husband which remains under warranty. We have been advised that the item cannot be returned due to the absence of the original packaging. However, it is important to note that the box was already damaged upon delivery, which further supports our concern that the product may have been mishandled in transit. In addition, we have since noted multiple negative reviews describing the same defects associated with this product. Unfortunately, in our case, we were unable to make proper use of the item as it appeared to be faulty from the outset. Given the significant cost involved, we believe it is both reasonable and fair to request a suitable resolution. I am therefore asking that this matter be addressed as a priority. While I would strongly prefer to resolve this amicably, I am prepared to consider further action should a satisfactory outcome not be reached. For your reference, I have attached supporting reviews. Driver just drove off with my 1300 rands groceries including my baby formula!!!! Did not even bother to call me on my main line and my second line provided!!! Called checkers and all the did was escalate it!!!! Not cool!
SO INCREDIBLY ANNOYED. They did not have any delay notice when I put my order through at 12:34 it’s 13:49 and my order has been cancelled!!!!!!!! I waited for no reason and I needed to be somewhere!!!!
This (Milnerton) is always making the uber drivers wait for the food and even when you go through the drive thru the staff is too laid back and just really don’t give a ……. About making excellent service their mission!
I just got called a ****** because I said “a month has passed and you people are still delivering my order” WHAT ON GODS GREEN EARTH IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!???? They have my money and I ask a simple question REFERRING to the organization and I’m a ******?? Mind you this was over the phone!!! I don’t even know what this woman looks like. I am a WHOLE GENZ who never grew up or experience apartheid so for someone to dare call me a ****** on top of not delivering what I paid for!!! I will take this further!!!
Ordered from them a week ago and was told via sms that I returned my order which is a lie because I never even received it to return it and when I called customer care the lady I dealt with was so *********** my 11 year old could comprehend better. She told me she would get back to me and she still has not - I then had to go n store today to get help there and waited almost 30 mins for them to answer their own store! only to get told the same ****! that someone would get back to me. I love this store but they need to hire better customer service reps. Please give me my dress or my money I am very annoyed I had to walk in my 9th month of pregnancy to try and get this sorted out and came up short!
Driver drove off with my order and then said order complete on app which is untrue because firstly where did he get the password?!? Now ubereats does not want to pay me back THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY DO THIS!
