I placed the order with them on the 25 Jul 2019 at 16:38 and called them on 0217975682 and spoke to Surayya (not sure if this is the correct spelling) asking if they could have it ready by 10h30. She said that unfortunately, it would not. I asked that she cancel and refund me and she said she would organise that. Today, I call in asking Surayya where my refund was and she said that I should ask the people that I paid (she is referring to orders@tilldirect.co.za) as she does not have my money. I freaked out because this is a website that this restaurant uses to take peoples orders and now I'm being told that I should contact some website company?????? I ask Surayya why she does not contact them herself then she says, yes, She did. I asked her when she contacted them then she says, on the 26th July and starts reading the email she supposedly sent to them then I heard her quoting, in the email being read out to me, a completely different order number which I know is not mine... I became so irate I told her that I would be paying them a visit this afternoon to get my money. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
