<p>I have a dispute that I have repeatedly attempted to resolve with Vodacom without success or even any progress.<br /> This is become ridiculous. I am struggling to return YOUR product for the last 1 week. You are quick to sell your something BUT to take it back take weeks ! I am leaving SA in 2 days and Vodacom still didn't pick up the product from me. I really don't know what to do anymore I am phoning twice a day and every time they tell me that they will call me back . I am still waiting. Herby I just want to say as from tomorrow I will not be liable for this devices anymore because I told Vodacom that I am leaving and they need to pick it before I am leaving</p> <p> </p>
Good day <br> <br> I bought a lounge suite at House and Home Mayville 2014 in June / July. The lounge suite is falling apart and since October 2014 I am struggling with them to fix it properly. They will pick it up fix it and deliver it BUT just once again the same problems accrue. In May 2015 once again I report the same problems once again it has been pick up and they said they will repair it is over a month now and I am still sitting without out the lounge suite as per House and Home it has not been repaired yet and I must wait this is unacceptable. I need to pay it each month but don't have the use of it this is not fair. And they don't care how many times is this still going to happen, they don't want to replace the bad quality and it seems like they can't repair the bad quality either.
