My experience with Envision SA, its' staff and Customer Services has been poor, to say the least. I have, on a number of occasions, spoken to different individuals who have committed to getting a refund done within a day or two. I have even been told on two occasions that the refund has been processed and should reflect in my account in a day or two. I contacted Envision SA a week ago and told them that I would take additional action if my situation was not rectified within 48 hours. Once again, I received verbal commitments that this was going to be addresses, but nothing has happened since.
Outsurance have once again delivered on their commitment and provided excellent service all around following a claim for pothole damage. This organization has set the standard for customer service and continue to make my dealings with them a pleasure
