non delivery

We have ordered a round robynne couch from this company which also seems to trade under the names Toy Production and Kelly and co several weeks ago. We were promised to receive it on 16 April. After some real disgusting excuses we were told that we will have it on 30 April. Again this deadline was not met. We are still waiting... We have now been told that we will have it on Monday, but we are now wondering whether we have been scammed.
