Poor communication, leads do not match criteria paid for, refuses to refund according to contract and eventually even to respond at all. Save yourself the hassle and the money.
The Call centre places me on hold for at least 17mins before I can reach a person, and more often than not, he call is cut off while I'm on hold and I have to redial.<br> <br> In the event that I reach a person, there is no follow-through and my issue remains unsolved.<br> <br> There is also no way to get a complaint or message to them to request help.<br> <br> I even tried going to a store for help - they can't get help either.<br> <br> The only efficient department is the debit collection and credit control department.<br> <br> At this stage - I reckon a migration to pretty much anywhere else is in order!
