Bad customer service at Tsakane Mall
On the 6th of September 2024, I went to Mr price tsakane mall to collect my online order and I was told by staff members before, since this is not my first time collecting an online order that I must not que when I collect my online order. I greeted and informed the lady I was here to collect my order, she ignored me and I stood there for about 15 minutes before she assisted me. She asked for my name and surname and I told her, my surname is Oliphant and she shouted Oliphant "you" I guess because I'm black I'm not suppose to have that surname. That lady doesn't have any customer service and she's rude her name is Rejoice.

Excellent service
It was my first time buying from them, I must say I'm pleased with my decision. Their service is great I got my package within a few days. I'll be definitely buying from them soon, and recommend them to friends and family.
