SETTLEMENT LETTER AND CREDIT BUAREU UPDATE

I paid both my accounts in full last month already. I have been requesting for my paid up letters and the credit bureau to be updated and still nothing! The call centre is so unprofessional, the call gets sent to different people and then they drop my call!!! I want this sorted out now or I will take legal action

DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED!!

I stored my furniture with Storage 123 in Midrand, Glen Austin. I had to pay a deposit in order to store my stuff -I followed the rules of they company but they did not keep to they word!! I am very unhappy. Firstly the day that we suppose to move the removal truck was 2 hours late. They damaged my fridge, tv stand and some items in the boxes broke, I over looked the problems and continued. Now they are holding my deposit for no valid reason. As a customer we honour our side of the deal and the deposit was paid immediately, I don't see why it should take a month for a refund. I want my money!!
