DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED!!

I stored my furniture with Storage 123 in Midrand, Glen Austin. I had to pay a deposit in order to store my stuff -I followed the rules of they company but they did not keep to they word!! <br> I am very unhappy. Firstly the day that we suppose to move the removal truck was 2 hours late. They damaged my fridge, tv stand and some items in the boxes broke, I over looked the problems and continued. Now they are holding my deposit for no valid reason. <br> <br> As a customer we honour our side of the deal and the deposit was paid immediately, I don't see why it should take a month for a refund. <br> <br> I want my money!!
