DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL BE SO SORRY IF YOU DO
WORST STORAGE SPACE EVER, DO NOT USE 1. WORST LOCATION EVER, YOU WILL HATE IT. USE SOMEWHERE ELSE, IT'S REALLY BADLY INACCESSIBLE AND THE FIRST TIME YOU THINK IT'S OKAY BUT YOU WILL REGRET IT. 2. MANY OF THE UNITS SUFFER FROM RISING DAMP, CHECK IT OUT. 3. GREEDY - YOU WILL BE PAYING AN ADDITIONAL MONTH WHEN YOU DECIDE TO MOVE - THEY DON'T MENTION THE 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE AND THEY TRY TO STOP ACCESS AND MOVE OUT UNTIL YOU PAY RANSOM ON THE FOLLOWING MONTH - THE NEXT MONTH. THEY HOLD YOU HOSTAGE. IT'S NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE, THEY ARE USED TO SURPRISED CUSTOMERS AND THEY AR USED TO THE PROFIT THAT COMES WITH YOU PAYING NEXT MONTH OR YOU WON'T GET YOUR BELONGINGS EVEN IF RENT IS FULLY PAID WITH DAYS OF THE MONTH REMAINING, YOUR STUFF IS NOT YOURS AND THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IT'S A BAD POLICY DESIGNED TO HURT YOU AND THEY ARE USED TO HAVING TO DO THIS. I HAVE LIVED IN MIDRAND 23 YEARS AND USED STORAGE ALL OVER MIDRAND AND OTHER STORAGE PLACES IN MIDRAND DON'T HAVE A GREED MENTALITY. 4. PAID SEVERAL MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND WAS TRAVELING INTERNATIONALLY. TRIED COMMUNICATING BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE. ONCE BEHIND THEY OPEN YOUR UNIT AND THREATEN AUCTION THEY COMMUNICATE POORLY. THEY DON'T SHOW YOU THE FINAL MONTH. YOU PAY. THEN THEY SAY, PAY MORE FOR NEXT MONTH. IT'S A BUSINESS MODEL MEANT TO EXTRACT FINAL MONTH, IT'S DEFINITELY IN WRITING BUT IT'S NEVER MENTIONED. 5. VICTOR IS OKAY, BUT THE REST OF THEM ARE NOT GREAT AND DON'T HAVE ANY LOVE FOR CUSTOMERS. 6. DON'T USE STORAGE, IT'S FOOLISH, YOU SHOULD HAVE LEARNED YOUR LESSON. 7. DON'T USE THIS STORAGE SPACE EVER NEVER EVER, PICK THE EASY TO GET TO ONES ON ALLENDALE OR KYALAMI DOWNS OR ALONG OLD PRETORIA ROAD - ANYWHERE BUT HERE. IGNORE THEIR RESPONSE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO RENT, DON'T DO IT, THE FEW RANDS CHEAPER TURNS OUT TO BE SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. USE OTHER VENDORS, NOT THIS ONE. 9. READ THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND DECIDE TO GO SPEND AN EXTRA FEW RANDS AT GOOD PLACES - I HAVE GREAT EXPERIENCES ELSEWHERE IN MIDRAND, THIS PLACE IS REALLY BAD. 10. 1-STAR (BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE ZERO STARS).

Excellent Service
Excellent service from Nicole and team. I had booked a move on a Sunday ( which was also a public holiday ). Their driver arrived right on time and was also very friendly and efficient. An added bonus was the free transport to storage ! I can highly recommend this business.

Excellent Service
Excellent service from Nicole and team. I had booked a move on a Sunday ( which was also a public holiday ). Their driver arrived right on time and was also very friendly and efficient. An added bonus was the free transport to storage ! I can highly recommend this business.

A Very Dissatisfied Client!! Never Again!!
I experienced the worst service ever from Storage 123 in 122 Donovan St, Glen Austin AH, Midrand, 1685. They were very much happy taking in my stuff but getting them out was a nightmare. Firstly I was not offered transport to move in, that Nicole said was not available only to find out from the workers that I could get it. Then Secondly I asked to put away my stuff for just a month(As per contract) I contact them to extend the contract, after the much hassle of getting hold of them, They agree and I do the same email them the next month. Next thing when I have to leave the is entire commotion about taking my stuff, that there were fees I have to pay, we demanded the contract and they refused. Nicole was very rude and had no space to even listen to us. I was fuming and aggravated that the communication in the first place was flawed and they had no intention of resolving our matter, we paid in the sake of taking our stuff back. I would never ever recommend this place.

DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED!!
I stored my furniture with Storage 123 in Midrand, Glen Austin. I had to pay a deposit in order to store my stuff -I followed the rules of they company but they did not keep to they word!! <br> I am very unhappy. Firstly the day that we suppose to move the removal truck was 2 hours late. They damaged my fridge, tv stand and some items in the boxes broke, I over looked the problems and continued. Now they are holding my deposit for no valid reason. <br> <br> As a customer we honour our side of the deal and the deposit was paid immediately, I don't see why it should take a month for a refund. <br> <br> I want my money!!
