Our Wi‑Fi has been down since 25 April 2026, and to date the issue remains unresolved. A technician came out and replaced our router, assuring us that the connection would be restored within 24 hours — yet nothing has been fixed. We have repeatedly called for assistance, but our ticket keeps changing, which makes it feel as though the issue is being dragged out instead of resolved. Your AI customer consultant “Sue” has also been completely unhelpful and adds to the frustration. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. We are now forced to buy mobile data just to stay connected, which is an unnecessary and costly inconvenience caused by your service failures. This entire experience has been a waste of time and money.
I have been with this company for the past 14 months and every month end they will debit you without fail. I tried claiming for my car service plan but they are never available. I called everywhere and was sent from pillar to post. I am not being gaslight that maybe I wasn't following the right path. I tried cancelling their contract but I failed. They debited me again this morning and I am livid. I want my refund and I am not going to let this go. Stay away from Inhoot motor plan service, their motor plan is a ****
We had a horrible experience with our car insurance claim and it dragged for over a month. We almost changed our insurance as we were not taken seriously. Mr Tyrell Kallee called this morning and resolved the whole issue within 15 minutes. If it was not him, we would've moved to another insurance. I hit a pothole and claimed at Mi motor combo that I added via MiWay insurance. They did not approve my claim and stated that my tire was old and therefore they won’t pay it. I have been paying for this combo without any miss. The consultant Mr Doctor Mfisa did not even have empathy with what I was telling him. Now as a young mother I no longer have a car. I am beyond angry and will move to another insurance
Atlarelang Joseph Nhlapo from Miway helped me and my dad with a hectic situation. A company called Point-S in Mokopane verbally abusive my father yesterday because the owner couldn’t understand how tire claims worked. He was also ****** and continued to call my dad stupid. I am glad that Atlarelang Joseph Nhlapo came in and help us with the cancellation of the tire claim. My dad will now receive his cash and go where he will be respected. Miway is the best

On Christmas Day we went for a lunch buffet and we regret it till today. It was very expensive but we were provided with chicken wings, meat***** and green salad as a starter. The chef also complained about people dishing up too much food and that was unprofessional because everyone paid and it was a buddy. The food got finish and they never refilled the dishes instead they packed up and we all left unsatisfied.
