I saw an advert on Automart about a car. I phoned Wiz White Motors and spoke to the sales lady. I asked on numerous times over the telephone was this vehicle in a accident and I was told no the car is accident free and has a full service history and is still under manufacturing warrenty and service plan. I drove over a 100km to get to Wiz White Motors. When I got there the service was beyond terrible. When I saw the vehicle I immediately asked the owner called Michael if this car was in an accident, again he replied no. When i showed him that the cars fenders doesnt even align he said maybe the car was in some small accident. I pulled out the service book and no full service history aswell. Went to the opposite side of the car and there was indications that the accident wasnt as small as he said since the front door doesnt even align with the front panels. Micheal then told me and quote "since it was in an accident I will discount you with R30000". Stay VERY FAR AWAY. THEY KNEW ALL ALONG AND STILL TOOK ME FOR A RIDE.
This morning I phoned Outsurance in regards with my instalment that went up with +- R70. I explained to Juan Engelbrecht my situation and he was completely helpful, understanding and educative. VERY IMPRESSED, and above all my instalment went DOWN. GREAT SERVICE
After the \call center"phoned me on numerous occasions i finally agreed seeing these people. When the person named Christo (what he introduced himself as) came and demonstrated this whole program I was interested about the program. Before he started the demonstration he said that i will get R5000 because i am a selected individual. I told him that i do not have the R22 500 joining fee and that i cannot afford it. He told me that i don't need to worry it will be DEBITED from my account with a monthly installment of +-R475. I kept on asking what about the R5000 and he simply kept on avoiding the question. <br> <br> Then they deducted R10000 of my credit card ( straight not on budget that was promised ). when i phoned the office on 012 1110177 I spoke to a lady called Anja. She was the most arrogant Client Service Manager i ever spoke to. She simply refused to help. I asked her to send me the letter that they send to the bank for the deduction and she said she will email me the form ASAP. After 2 weeks of not receiving anything I phoned back and her response was and i quote - SORRY I FORGOT.<br> <br> She refused me to speaking with a manager or director and simply hung up the telephone.<br> <br> BAD SERVICE"""
