Were good, but lately are the absolute worst!
Buffalo Logistics were very good until recently. In the last month everyone I have spoken to has NOTHING good to say about them! The order tracking shows that the parcels have arrived in Johannesburg, sent to their hub and then shows "Returning" without being sent to Cape Town. Getting hold of them is almost impossible and if you do, they have the audacity to say that we will need to pay extra to get our goods!!!

A DISGRACE TO THEIR TRADE!!
Unfortunately, my experience is just as bad as everyone else complained about. If I could give minus star ratings I would! I have been charged thousands of rands over the last few years only to find out that they didn't submit my 2022 return, and all previous returns are very poorly done. Compounding the problem is that I was an Expat outside of South Africa for the last 5 years and have no recourse to be reimbursed for the awful non-existent disservice they provided. I truly regret ever having used them, and worse that I previously referred a friend to them. Avoid them at all costs.
