I am so dissapointed in FNB. I have been banking with them for ore than 10 years now and when I had an issue now to reverse a payment that I have made from my Account to one of their other customers they just did not help me. I paid an amount of R8225. to Imperial Crown Trading for a Jacuzzi into an FNB account but this was a scam. Al I wanted them to do it reverse this back to me as I feel this is ion their power. This was done on 11 May 2015. It feels to me that they approve of people committing fraud in FNB as they do not want to assist the innocent person who paid this in good faith to this Company. I now this is my own stupidity you cant trust people.<br> Not sure if you can maybe assit witht his.<br>
I ordered a jacuzzi from Imperial Crown trading online on 11 May 2015. They send me an invoice of the amount to be paid into their bank account. I have paid an amount of R8225. on 11 May as I phoned them and said that I am scared this is a scam.Maxuel assured me that the are a reputable company and even directed me to the link on [URL Removed] <br> <br> I have not received anything as yet they and the phones are off. They send me a mail today to say I must pay more money for the delivery to happen. I still cant reach them by phone.<br> I know now that I have been scammed. I am not sure were to blacklist them and for ZACorportaes to show this is a scam company. Can you assist me with this please.
