garnishee order

In March 2013 I noticed a garnishee order from Motlanthe attorneys on my payslip,,, so I tried to phone them multiple times trying to find out what is for, they apparently not allowed to give info over the phone. so I gave my email address and they haven't send me anything till today. every time when I call they ask for my email and then nothing, I'm not even sure what's the garnishee for I'm assuming its the Foschini account I had before I lost my job in 2008.
