Empty promises
Andre Roos will not use your deposit for the material, he will buy a few things then wants more money each day to get the rest. He will try and use short cuts to do the job second hand paving not using river sand ext. Quoted me on building a wall but never did and still wanted that money and even more. He started on Monday and finished on Saturday evening with all the excuses and that's only on 30 squares. After he was done he got paid and just left all the rubbish opposite side of my home for me to throw away. And obviously doesn't answer his phone when you try to reach him.. he is very unprofessional and wont recommend him to any other person.
