I paid them 3 weeks ago still no service. They are now ignoring my mails of follow-up to them. Please assist me get my money back most importantly let's create awareness against this scam!!!
My school has given me a Sage Pastel educational pack. I have managed to download it however the Sage password provided is not correct. I contacted Sage almost daily for assistance when I eventually got hold of them they gave me a reference. To this day no one has returned my call or assisted me. My demo is about to expire and I have missed my submission for the assignment!This is the worse service
I am writing this with the hope of being assisted, as I believe that I have been failed by the people I have entrusted to look after my assets.<br> <br> We had a break in at our house on the 03/05/2015 and some of my valuable assets were stolen, my window and burglar broken Chubb`s response to this has been atrocious.<br> When we got to the scene we found the guards sitting their cars saying they were waiting for us because they didn't want to enter so that we cannot accuse them of the break in.<br> o We referred the matter to Jabula Bamba who took forever to call us or even give proper feedback on what happened and why they took so long to respond. <br> o Chubb engineer or technical department send someone to download data which took three day to get that done. Which confirmed the system to be in working order.<br> o Now today Pierre Steyn calls me to discuss the Buffer report and when I asked relevant questions he loses his temper start screaming at me and hang up the phone.<br> I pay monthly for a service without fail and when I experience a loss I'm taken from pillar and post do you think that is fair?<br> <br> In all fairness Chubb should take responsibility for the loss.
