Beyond unreasonable
I had booked Hotel Du Pont in Southen France for the 29th of June 2020 and as their is a world wide pandemic and South Africa's borders are closed it would make common sense that no one from South Africa would be travelling for leisure. Patrick from the Hotel Du Pont called me on the 29th of June to ask when we were arriving, I explained that all international travel from South Africa was banned, he responded to say how was he to know where we came from, this despite my details being on my booking and he called me on my RSA number. He was extremely rude and charged me anyhow, I have sent a complaint to booking.com and not even received an automatic response of my mail. Shame on you booking.com and Patrick if we are able to travel next year as we have a credit for our barge booing you can bet a 1M Euro I will make a special stop to visit you and you can meet a ****ed of South African face to face!

I just got a call from a hotel I booked in France telling me that they are charging me, come one booking.com there is a world wide pandemic no one can travel for leisure. *** I am missing my own sons wedding in Germany because I cannot travel!!!!!

Never again.
I have been trying to get a straight answer out of Travelstart for 10 days now, my wife's Turkish Airline flight has been cancelled and I cannot get a response from Travelstart. She wants to cancel the flight or book for the same time next year, how hard can it be! Paul

Do Not Use this supplier
<p>The supplier applied a product to our already sealed floors that needed upliftment.<br /> He promised the new product he was using was the best for our needs and when it was finally applied it came out streaky and he promised to rectify the situation.<br /> I got a second opinion from an industry expert who informs me that the product he used is for Indoor Industrial use on and is not UV stable and the entire floor has to be redone.<br /> Justin Reevo Reeves will not take my calls and I am considering my position.<br /> Do not entertain using this company in any shape or form, you will regret it.</p>
