The establishment Restaurant is unable to refund us our money back as promised by the manager This dates back before lockdown, we had a baby shower booking for a friend but unfortunately, the country went into a shutdown. We've made numerous attempts to talk to the manager to refund us back, but all we've got is false promises till to date.
My name is Elizabeth Tau and my complain is. I went for a consultation on the 21st of November 2014, because i previously had a operation on my left ankle, now on that day i had severe pains on left leg, so went to see Dr Anim because he was the one who operated my ankle, so it only made sense to go back to him and know what could be causing the pain, so i did. So as a Dr he decided to admit me for over night to put me on some treatment. I thought it was going to be just an over night treatment, but i ended up being discharged 2 days later on the 23th. And around early December got a letter from my medical aid(Gems), stating that they wont pay Dr Anim because he didn't state why he admitted me. On January 2015 i went to the Dr Amin i showed him the letter that the medical aid denied to pay my hospital bill and he said he'll sorted out. But he never did, so today am in arrears, the hospital handed me over to the attorney's demanding me to pay an amount of R6000. I'm a pensioner were will i get such an amount of money, i only went there for help not to find myself owing the hospital. Please help.
