Poor repair center service. I took my Garmin 935 in because it would give inaccurate readings and switched off during an activity. Garmin checked it and agreed it was faulty but was out of warranty. They do not do any repairs in South Africa and offer me an upgrade for more that what my watch cost. They offer 30% off a new watch they is actually from 2 years ago and is selling cheaper on TakeAlot. So they actually don’t do repairs and they try **** me by selling outdated stock they sell else where for the same price. I went and bought an Apple Watch and the heart rate monitor is far more accurate. Such a pity as Garmin use to be a good brand with great sports watches but now they treat customers like idiots.
This is a **** site, I paid for a shirt 3 months ago and I never received it.
I recently bought a pair of hiking boots and once I got home they didn't were too tight.

The particular boots were an end of range and I tried calling head office to find out if there were any stores that had a bigger size.

Vaughan explained that there were none but arrange with my closest branch to exchange for a new and comparable type of hiking boots.

He arranged for me to go to Lonehill and meet with Nigel, who was very helpful, as well as the rest of the staff, who allowed me to try on just about every pair of hiking boots.

I ended up getting a new pair that was more expensive at no charge.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the help.
