This company is a scam, they have just defrauded me out of R2000 and tried to get another R6000 out of me for a Puppy that never existed
Many people posting on this issue. I regret not checking on Telkom before subscribing on this.<br> <br> The service is a total disaster. I have been trying for days, even the online call center will not assist. When calling 10213 you are on hold forever. I doubt if the service works. If you do not want high blood pressure then STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM<br> <br>
Needed to urgently change flights at 1330 today. Could not come back to us despite various calls and then only responded at 1900 saying that support was requested out of office hours. Out of desperation we then figured out this can be done in 5 minutes online and at no cost. Do not trust these people with your travel arrangements. This is not the first horrible experience and they have now funnily completely broken my trust in their ability to deliver a reliable and trustworthy service at times when you are vulnerable and most require a helping hand from the providers you have trusted with the special skills and customer service.
Just had the most dreadful experience from Subaru. The total service cost me R11 000, my car smelled of petrol, it was not washed, the engine was not cleaned and I just broke down on the side of the highway with oil pissing all over the exhaust and the car nearly burnt out.
