Incredibly poor service and communication. To date my product has not been delivered and I ordered through amazon more than a month ago. Delivery date to be 20 April and there is no way to contact them or track the delivery since the last update was 02 April.
Very poor— more than a month has gone by with no product delivery. Should have been delivered by 20 April. Last trackable update was 02 April. No way to communicate with them via amazon app.
Absolutely speechless… I’m waiting for a re-installation, which is costing me R1700, the amount has been debited from my account, but I have not received a call from the scheduling department, I have however, ON A SUNDAY, received a call from their debiting department for R180 which I owe for a service that I am not receiving. I guess one department is working on a Sunday.
Despite numerous confirmations made to confirm that the right fibre line was cancelled and to retain our new account after moving to a new address, they went ahead and cancelled BOTH lines, leaving us with no internet over the weekend, no way to contact openserve and no way to fix this. Thanks Telkom and Openserve. We are now considering moving to a new company.
MTN has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, my mom and I went in store after many hours of failed assistance online at Castle Gate. If it’s not their system, it’s loadshedding. You can’t even cancel a contract in person. Biometrics don’t work to transfer your number? Blamed on home affairs. You just can’t win.

My husband and I went for a sunday movie and the movie started at 11h45. When we arrived there, the lines and booking was so backed up with more than 10 people waiting at each service station to buy tickets. Luckily we had pre-booked and only had to collect tickets. We then proceeded to the popcorn lines and there were also more than 10 people per line waiting to be served. There was a whole other popcorn station available but was closed up. Only 4 people were helping behind the station we were waiting at. We then decided to skip this and to go straight ahead to the movie theatre because we were definitely going to miss our movie if we continued to wait.<br> When I returned, hoping for some reprieve of the lines, I walked into the same situation. People were openly grumbling and complaining and some had already missed 30 minutes or more of their movie, I having also missed a half hour of mad max to wait in the lines. When some approached the manager, she just raised her shoulders and walked on. Truly disgusting behaviour from management towards customers who paid almost R80 a ticket.
