bought Epson printer L4150 in Sept 2018 from Makro Montague Gardens Cape Town. Deciding factor was a promotional discount from Epson eu. After completing the required document i was provided with a claim number 335126 from Epson.eu and advised of the refund of R400 within 30 days. After 4 weeks I queried the outstanding refund and was requested to provide a bank account no. This was done and since then I had 7 email communications with ********** regarding the outstanding reward. Latest one offered to provide proof of payment which was requested on 13.12.2018 to no avail. As of today I am still waiting.
