Master Class did not deliver what promissed
At the end of last year Prima SA now Master class were given an order by myself to construct 2 x Aluminium stacking doors to the value of R 36 000.00 all inclusive. a 50% deposit was requested and paid in cash before the order was accepted delivery was promised within 6 weeks. By the 15th December 2014 nothing had been delivered. In January 2015 i tried calling Andre Van tonder without any response this went on for a month until eventually i received a call. This was when he informed me that he had lost everything and would not be able to complete the order unless i paid him the balance of the money owing, I did this as i trusted him. Andre then had 3 guys sent to my property to attempt installing the frames for the doors this was an absolute nightmare which took 3 weeks, they then disapeared again. i then received an e mail stating that Andre Van Tonder was liquidating and would not finish the job. Subsequent to this i have had to get another contractor to install all new doors as they could not salvage any of the work done by Andre Van Tonder.<br> <br> Please be careful should you come across these guys as they will cost you money.

Shamanie was helpful and very friendly.
On cancelling my policy with Discovery I dealt with Shamanie Pillay, she was extremely efficient and friendly. it was a pleasure dealing with her.
