Poor service at Budget couriers

Budget couriers collected my parcel in Limpopo Thohoyandou on Thursday 21 May 2015. i needed the parcel delivered on Friday the 22nd of May 2015 for a photo shoot that was to take place on the weekend. My parcel was not delivered on Friday and towards the end of the day i called and they said they will come back to me and they didn't. Now today Monday im still waiting for their call and also their phone is engaged. I am very disappointing at the level of service delivered. Now The photo shoot did not happen because of this guys. even a taxi service is more reliable that this guys. i would have used a taxi but i went for them because i thought they are professional. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL SINCE FRIDAY.
