More than a month later, still no FUNERAL PAYMENT RECEIVED. Paid for a funeral service MYSELF. SO : my wife had paid in about R23k into the funeral policy - and supposed to get 10k. APPARENTLY THE SENT FILES WERE NOT IN PDF FORMAT - —- BUT THEY WERE !! : opened the sent files from another computer NO PROBLEMS
BEWARE - BEST PRICE SCAM !! Pathetic Bunch Booked and paid for B&B. Received the invoice showing FULL amount but no BREAKFAST included. Free cancellation - JUNK. BOOKED IT 1 day before and then cancellation policy is 30 days before !!!

Poor Service means : Not answering the phone calls ( 12 calls made ) , Excuse was that when they are busy with customers , they don't answer phones.Even the 2 ladies sitting in the repair room ( apparently busy with customers - HAHA , Ja Right. Ipad was sent in for a cracked screen replacement - took 7 days before it was going to be sent back - Again no phone calls - So what does one do ? Then Ipad was on its way back ( next day )after " HelloPeter" was mentioned . Then Stolen , and now we are at 2 weeks later - Rishka ,wake up girl !! CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! What's that ????? You messed up - now replace what you are supposed to replace !
<p>Handed in a aulty Iphone 6 on : 2016/11/13 : Got a REFERENCE NUMBER </p> <p>Went back a month later on : 2016/12/22 - Phone was back but nothing was done :</p> <p>Telkom had on record that I had an Iphone 6 PLUS - problems were then apparrently sorted out and phone was sent away again : Got a REFERENCE NUMBER</p> <p>Received Message that phone was ENROUTE back on 2017/01/20 </p> <p>Went back and after 6 days , the phone was there - NOTHING DONE</p> <p>Phone sent away again on : 2017/01/26 : Got a REFERENCE NUMBER.</p> <p>Got Message that phone was at a repair centre on : 2017/02/03 : Got a REFERENCE NUMBER</p> <p>Got a Message on 2017/02/10 : The phone is OUT OF WARRANTY , COST OF REPAIR : R5579,45 : GOT REFERENCE NUMBER .</p> <p>Was phoned today : 2017/02/13 - </p> <p>I Phoned back and the Character on the other side , who can only accept 2 digits at-a -time , asked me if I accept or reject the quote - I told him the whole history </p> <p>" Do you accept or reject the quote " , he asked.</p> <p>"I DO NOT ! , As the phone is under warranty " , I said.</p> <p>" Then you have to pay R180 rejection fee ", he said</p> <p>THAT IS WHEN I ENDED THE CALL !</p> <p>What legal action can be taken ???</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
Friday Evening , a client was visited by one of our vehicles. <br> The client reported that we never came. <br> Checking the vehicle trip log , it showed that the vehicle was started ,Travelled nowhere and then switched off sometime later.<br> Needless to say , we asked Cartrack for a triplog on Saturday. <br> They responded 2 days later with TODAY's log - which also shows that the same vehicle has STILL gone nowhere<br> I then decided to go back and see how far the vehicle has travelled since 25 January - YES ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE AT ALL<br> So: we have used up more than R15000 of petrol , have video footage from the garage that the vehicle has been there , etc ...<br> Would Cartrack now Refund us for no Service and Remove the device and refund us for that as well ?<br> AND ACTUALLY HAVE A CAPABLE PERSON HANDLE THEIR CLIENTS ' problems !!!!!
