<p>Hi there, I hate complaining especially with festive season around but its been two days since we lodged a complaint about our landline facing some issues. Unfortunately, we haven't heard back since. Really poor service.</p>
Phone lines went dead on 24 April 2015 and complain was lodged on April 25 2015. Due to weekend they could not do anything. Come next week, technicians are on their way, they have fixed the issue and lines should be up and running by latest tomorrow they said. Every time we phone them, new stories come up. We could have wrote a beautiful drama/fiction novel base on their replies. <br> Want to hear the latest story? They are out of stock with cables. They waiting for CABLES to arrive. This has been their answer for last two weeks. <br> I don't really understand what they meant when they said \problem is solved and lines should be up and running by latest tomorrow morning". <br> Yes"
