SPOC supplied our telephone equipment and IT network infrastructure and they arranged for a temporary Neoflex Voice Service to enable us to make calls while the telephone lines where being sorted. After the lines were put in place we advised SPOC to cancel the Neoflex service but they did not and Neotel continued to bill us for the Neoflex and the fixed telephone lines from November 2013. We only noticed that we were being billed for the two services early in 2015. Both the service provider SPOC and Neotel have refused to issue a credit note for the Neoflex service. We feel this is very unfair to us since we informed the service provider and they did not take the necessary action.<br> <br> I really think its time to move to a more competent service provider.
