I recently purchased a cooked chicken from the Retail branch in Beacon bay, once home I discovered it was raw. I contacted the company via email, directed to the manager, Ronel. I included photographs and proof of payment and date. I received no reply. I then sent the same message to the head office, received a ticket, 1910090, but after a week, still no reply, no apology, no confirmation that this issue would be addressed with the staff responsible. I fed the R90 chicken to my dog.
<div>I received a quote from Riaan for a move that I told him would require an 8 ton truck, this was confirmed in writing. On the day, his team arrived in a 5 ton truck. When I argued with him, he insisted I pay more because we had to do 2 loads, I had to agree otherwise he threatened to offload my stuff and not move me at all. I Paid him the quote as agreed and told him I would pay a further R3000 later in the day. My move was chaotic, his guys tried their best but were in too much of a hurry and things got broken. I did not pay him the extra and he did not query it because he knew he was in the wrong and was not man enough to admit it, just threatened me. Not a company to use EVER.</div>
excellent service, simple, no mess, no fuss and exceptionally good price. I was happy with the service, the access to Vuyani to answer all my queries, the polite staff and the quick service. I highly recommend them, a simple service with minimum paperwork and maximum ;JUST DO IT; attitude. They moved me from the Transkei to Johannesburg and I want to say a big thank you for taking a difficult time in my life and making it brighter, and from Nyuka who says woof woof and please could you get a better mattress in the cab. I have had my 8.ta hacked and have lost data at a rapid pace, I tried going into the Telkom office at the Galleria in Toti but they sent me to the call centre who gave me a two hour runaround and no answers, then I sent off 3 e-mails and I am still waiting for a reply. I see other people have had the same complaint so I wonder if Telkom have not got themselves a giant hacking problem that they are keeping quiet about, I can also not get any information on my data balance as it just comes up with Greek gobbledegook - would love to get some answers and my data watge problem solved as I have lost more than 20gigs in the space of one month where I would normally only use about 5gigs, please help
