The Daily Coffee Café Lonehill, your pain au chocolat has literally become my favorite thing. Great food. Awesome deals. You guys are fantastic. I order almost DAILY :-) through Uber Eats and my day is made when the security guard lets me know my order has arrived (Marshall Attorneys - Fourways Golf Park). Keep it up. I will visit in person soon.
After a stressful two days of trying to gauge when I would receive delivery of my parcel, I went full tantrum and emailed everyone and their gran at MDS in order to get an answer. Please note I am not about drama, however we are not always in office and needed to know when I should post someone here to accept delivery so the delivery is successful. I had actually given up on getting help and had in fact requested that Temu cancel the order. Then Bruce Dantu who heads their international delivery division came through like a super hero. Thank you very much Bruce. You didnt make excuses, you were courteous and helpful. Literally going the extra mile. MDS Collivery still has me as a client, simply because of you.
I have had no updates on my parcel since the 2nd December 2024. I called yesterday and was informed by Gift that delivery will be today, however no updates on your site, on Speedafs site or on Temu’s site??? I have not received an out for delivery notification today either. I am calling MDS Collivery but the calls keep dropping!!!! A helpful agent named Nelisiwe forwarded my email to the department that should advise me on my delivery and not a single person responded or tried to help. Huge Customer Service and Communication failure by MDS collivery.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Markon Motors sell damaged vehicles. Glen, Jaco & Zalton at Markon Motors sold us a vehicle that we were only able to use for two weeks. The vehicle had multiple faults that they didn't disclose. They are unhelpful and arrogant. No customer service just lies & excuses.
Hi <br> <br> please can someone at Finrite have the decency to let me know what is happening with my claim? I have paid the excess, my phone has been collected (after a very long wait) and since then no feedback. It has been two weeks. No one responds to my e-mails and when I call I hold on for ages and the call drops. at least tell me what is happening. It is so rude to ignore a customer. This is not the speedy insurance process I was promised.
