Good day AXXESS ISP Without Prejudice and I reserve all my rights in law and common law. LACK OF SERVICE PROVISION Thank you - I've been waiting 3 days now for them to call me to set up my router which also arrived late due to your lady acknowledging that she made a mistake - thinking I did not want your router- hence I only received the delivery invoice on the 28th Nov and made immediate payment . It's already the 4 Th day of December and I've still got NO WORKING WIFI AND NOBODY ANSWERS WHEN I Phone - or I'M NUMBER 32 + in the queue!! You gotta be joking if you expect me to wait till next year !!! You guys are obviously incapable of running an internet / fibre service provider business . I reserve my right to cancel anyway ,without penalties or pro ratas- even if I do get the requested call today , to configure my router correctly. ) Further, I won't be available as I have a specialist appointment at 11 am today and am now getting ready . So better to call me after 3 pm . It's now 15h54 and no call back. This effort to deal with yourselves is a waste of my time, airtime , data , money , breath and effort. I hold Axxess fully liable for all and any damages or expenses I suffer , have suffered, or may still incur to keep my connectivity via alternate WIFI , data etc, up and running at my home , AS A RESULT OF YOUR SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE PROVISION to date. Sent goods in for auction. Set reserve . ( was told they'd deliver back to me - no cost- if unsold after second week) Were supposed to phone me before accepting Any offers lower than 20% off. Never called to confirm my acceptance. Sold items for ridiculously low prices. Also returned some goods-(undamaged on their initial collection from me by them) , but subsequently unsold and damaged while in their curatorship. No response no apology either - certainly no offer yet to compensate. After the first two sales, They stopped emailing me lists of what was sold and at what price. I also know I sent in other goods they haven't acknowledged are still with them yet unsold . Big promises - little fulfillment.

o reslow to respond. Tries t get out of warranty claims and complaints about poor quality. Hides behind service consultants who appear to be instructed to ignore and avoid responding at all costs. Have gotten too big for their boots. Contact/call centre customer service consultants don't read one's complaint emails and keep replying without addressing the complaint.
just like to compliment Chantelle for lightning processing and payment of my two recent claims. We slept better knowing the money was on the way so quickly.
Well done Glavia Martin for handling my query re claims so professionally and promptly. You leave many call centre consultants-in general- in the shade. A pleasure dealing with you thanks.
Had cut colour and repair. All were incorrectly done. Couldnt complain immediately due to ill health.On complaining and asking for things to be fixed, I was verbally abused and accused tantamount to calling me a liar. Customer not treated with care and not listened to carefully before service provider defensive and attacked my credibility without cause. Unpleasant and not expected when service provider was at fault.
