Unprofessional service and disrespect from Phumza who wants everything to go her way,she takes the cup for being rude.
They are efficient and explain things clearly especially if you got an experienced agent to assist you.
I made an online payment to multichoice on the 26/05/2015 with the reference number being the customer number they used on my statement.A day later my services were suspended when I enquired I was told that the payment was not received I should send proof of payment.I emailed my bank statement which reflected the payment I got no response I till I contacted the call centre,the agent told me that I should resend the proof of which I did.She later said the customer number I used is not mine but its the same number that is reflected on my statement to this day my services that I paid for are still suspended,Im reaaly disappointed.
