Car Clinic Strand Chris Fielding
Took 6 weeks to get my car back, cost R16 600 to replace injectors and car still not fixed and could not even drive car home as car was spluttering and making loud noises after been told all in order, would not trust Chris Fielding to fix Landrover Freelanders ever. Car rear view mirror casing also had been broken and there were new scratches on my car . Bad communication, dishonest, and lack of knowledge of Freelander.

Forex bad service and lack of reply to customer
I have been waiting for a Forex payment since the 20th May and have phoned on numerous occasions to find out what the delay is without advice. I have been in contact with the overseas bank that I did the online payment to my FNB account to help with this matter and they have been at their wits end as to what can be done with the lack of FNB service and non response. Today I was given confirmed response that I would be contacted with a result but the buck seems to be passed on continually without any of the service team taking responsibility to the urgency of the matter with an apology but no result. The service to this matter is seriously lacking a responsible approach to looking after customers without the consideration to that amount of money and time I have spent contacting overseas bank and time spent talking to FNB FOREX department.
